At Bed Sheets Gallery, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our delivery policy below for full details on how we handle shipping and delivery across Sri Lanka.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all areas within Sri Lanka.
Delivery Timeframe
Colombo & Suburbs: 1–3 working days
Other Areas: 2–4 working days
Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotions, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Delivery Charges per 1Kg
Colombo & Suburbs: Rs. 300
Islandwide: Rs. 300–500 depending on location
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
Orders placed after 5.00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Partner
We use Fardar Domestic (fardardomestic.com) courier service to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number or delivery update will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp.
Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt to contact you. A third attempt may be made, or you may need to arrange pickup from the nearest courier office.

Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange an item for a valid reason within 5 days of receiving it.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order number and reason.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Used or washed items
Products damaged after delivery
Items purchased on sale or part of a promotion
Customized or personalized products
Return Process
Contact our team with your order details.
We will arrange courier pickup (charges may apply) or guide you on returning the item.
Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund.
